Return Policy

At Titan Tankless we offer a 30 day return policy. If your product is determined to be faulty we will replace it with a brand new model within 30 days of your receiving it. An RMA number must be obtained via our website to do so. If a technician determines the unit is faulty we will cover shipping expenses to return the unit to us. All Titan models go through testing and inspection prior to shipment to you.

If you wish to return the product it must be returned in new, unused condition in the original box. If you would like to return your Titan an RMA number must be obtained or your Titan will not be accepted. Obtaining an RMA can be done by emailing our return department. Any product that is returned for a refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be within 30 days of your receiving the product. We will not accept returns without an RMA. The shipping/handling incurred to return the product will be covered by the buyer, and the costs we incurred in original shipment are not included in your refund unless product is DOA or we made an error in shipping. Once your 30 day period expires the unit is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one year fully and then 10 years more for casing and water carrying components. If your unit is out of warranty your Titan can be refurbished for you for a small charge so please contact us if you need information.
