Your Titan will ship the same day of purchase before 2PM and that includes Saturdays! All our shipping is FREE via PRIORITY mail service so no matter where you are in the USA you will have your Titan in 3 days or less usually. We do offer EXPRESS shipping on many of our products for an additional fee.

What is the warranty on the Titan?

We offer a 30 day return policy on your Titan purchase so if you are unhappy with your Titan you can return if for a refund minus our shipping expenses to send it to you. We do not cover the buyers shipping costs to return the product. The Titan further carries a 10 year warranty on the casing /water carrying components from the date of purchase and a 1 year warranty on electronics and heating components.
